Returning your device
After your rental period is over, you will need to return the device to our office before 7pm on your device return date.
For example, if you booked the device from Monday 13th Feb to Friday 17th Feb (5 days), your device return date will be on Saturday 18th Feb.
Upon return, just drop off the pocket Wi-Fi device at our office or mobile station, where our staff will then return your deposit ($50) via Bank Transfer/ Cash or Credit Card payment return depending on your payment method.
Please check our branch or call +65 90460569 before you drop it off so we know when to expect your arrival. You may also arrange your own courier to return it to our office.
If you do not return your device before 7pm on the device return date, it would result in a full day charge for each day of delay in return.
